Mike founded Warehouse Connection in August 2001 to be the property manager for several warehouses that he purchased in Memphis Tennessee. In addition to owning and operating several warehouses, Mike is the owner of Nussbaum Distributing – a wholesale distributor covering five states.
Mike is a non-practicing CPA. While working for Peat, Marwick, Mitchell CPA firm, Mike specialized in oil and gas, banking, manufacturing, retailing, real estate, private placements, and fraud audits.
After leaving public accounting, Mike became a partner in an oil and gas exploration company and the controller in a real estate development company and in a stock brokerage company.
Mike is a honor graduate of the University of Notre Dame and has completed the 60 hour MPA (Masters of Professional Accounting) program at the University of Texas.
Mike has been active in numerous organizations. Currently he is on the board of directors of Del-Nat Tire. He has served in the following capacities: Chairman, Toyo Dealer Advisory Council; President, Notre Dame Club of Memphis; Senator, Notre Dame Alumni Senate; President, Big D Toastmasters; Deacon,
Westminster Church.

Joyce moved her real estate license from Knoxville to Memphis to
work with Warehouse Connection LLC in 2008 to work in both
commercial and residential real estate in Memphis and surrounding
areas. Statewide connections as 2009 Governor of the Tennessee
Women’s Council of REALTORS® (WCR) Chapter and 2009 Regional VP for
the Tennessee CRS Chapter (Certified Residential Specialist) result
in statewide contacts and referrals in today’s real estate market.
As an award winning agent with Coldwell Banker Wallace and Wallace
in Knoxville from 2002-2008, Joyce's real estate experience includes
not only listing and selling, but also includes management
experience as Director of Relocation Services and Principal Broker
for CBWW's Blount County office in Alcoa, Tennessee. With years of
experience in credit and collections management for a wholesale tire
distribution company located in Memphis, her experience in credit
management and accounting complements her work in commercial and
residential real estate sales and leasing. With contacts and
leadership experience and involvement in professional organizations
statewide, Joyce's real estate certifications and designations
include many of those most respected by the real estate community.
A Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS), Joyce also is
an Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR), a Graduate, Realtor
Institute (GRI), a CRS designee (Council of Residential
Specialists), and holds the new Women's Council of REALTORS®
professional designation as a PMN (Performance Management Network).
As 2009 Governor for the Tennessee Chapter of the Women's Council of
REALTORS® (WCR), Joyce serves on the Governing Board for the State
WCR chapter. As the Regional VP for the west Tennessee area of the
Tennessee CRS Chapter, Joyce also serves on the Tennessee CRS
Governing Board. As the 2006 President and Member of the Year of the
Knoxville Chapter of WCR, Joyce has served as a Director for the
Tennessee Association of REALTORS® and is currently a member of the
Memphis Chapter of the Women's Council of REALTORS®. As a member of
the Knoxville Area Association of REALTORS®, Joyce received KAAR's
Award of Excellence prior to working in management and received the
Four and Five Star Awards in addition to WCR's Gold Level Service
Award.
A sustainer member of the Junior League of Memphis, Joyce has been
active in the Knoxville Symphony League, the Junior League of
Knoxville, the Farragut-West Knox Chamber of Commerce, Cedar Springs
Presbyterian Church, and she has served on the Advisory Board for
Gettysvue Golf, Polo and Country Club where she also served as
co-chair of the Social Committee and the Neighborhood Watch program.
An honor graduate of the University of Texas-Austin, Joyce enjoys
sports (especially football) and is excited to call Memphis "home"
again. Joyce and her husband, Mike, are members of Hope Presbyterian
Church in Memphis.

 Mike
joined Warehouse connection as Principal Broker in 2003.
Mike is also the owner and Principal Broker of Ritz
Investments through which Mike assists others with income
property real estate sales, purchasing, leasing,
development, and financing. All of Mike’s industrial
property activities are done under and for Warehouse
Connection.
Mike is a semi retired income property lender and developer.
After joining Leader Federal Savings and Loan Association in
1987, he soon became the Manager of Commercial Real Estate
Lending and a member of the Executive Committee. Leader went
public in 1993 and was merged with Union Planters National
Bank in 1996. After the merger Mike managed the largest
commercial loan portfolio in the Memphis area for UP.-
$350,000,000. He then joined Loeb Properties, one of his
loan customers, to manage their new developments which
numbered over 10 and had a value of over $50,000,000. Mike
then decided to accomplish these and other real estate
activities for his own account and to live a more
self-directed life style.
Mike originally came to Memphis in 1977 as the first
Director of the Memphis and Shelby County Office of Planning
and Development as a joint appointed official for the City
and County Mayors. He later managed the corporate marketing
and planning for a nationwide 10 office planning and
engineering company. He also developed and managed the
construction and leasing of over 20 different income
properties in Tennessee, North Carolina and Arkansas for a
Memphis based real estate company.
Besides being a licensed Tennessee Real Estate broker, Mike
also holds an inactive Tennessee Professional Engineer’s
license. He served as the first Chairman of the Depot
Redevelopment Corporation of Memphis and Shelby County to
which position he is appointed by the City and County
Mayors. Currently, Mike is on the Shelby County Commission -
a position to which he was elected by the voters of Shelby
county.
Joe Thornton,
Facilities Manager

Joe has worked in construction and was a roofer and a
welder by trade. For a number of years he worked as a
salesman for Nussbaum Distributing. In 2006 he became
the facilities manager for Nussbaum Properties. Joe is
a “hands on” facilities manager who spends the vast
majority of his time in the field working on properties
or supervising sub contractors. Joe is a member of
First Baptist church in West Memphis. His hobbies
include fishing, hunting, and activities with his three
children and wife. Joe’s motto in facilities management
is: “Raise the Bar.”
